The Oscar-winning actress, who stars in 'The Fountain', has revealed her parents often doubted her acting talents. She told Britain's Empire magazine: "My parents were high achievers and harsh critics. They've often said to me, 'That was s**t, you were c**p.' The first time he saw 'Amy Foster', my father said to me, 'I think one day you' ll be a good actress.' " Weisz has also revealed she is desperate to do another 'Mummy' movie with Brendan Fraser and director Stephen Sommers. She said: "I heard rumblings that Stephen is writing another 'Mummy' movie. I don't know if it's a rumour or true. Right now it doesn't exist, no one has spoken to me. But would I want to do it? Yeah, why not! Get the family back together, go on some adventures."

Weisz stars with Kevin Kline in the coming romantic comedy Definitely, Maybe; and is filming the romantic drama My Blueberry Nights, with Jude Law and singer Norah Jones; and the comedy Fred Claus, with Kevin Spacey and Vince Vaughn. She has a few others set to begin production - the drama The Brothers Bloom, in which she plays a millionaire targeted by con men; The Lady from Shanghai; and the historical drama The Colossus, with Colin Firth and Susan Sarandon. She is also in talks to co-star in another sequel to The Mummy, The Mummy 3.

Q. Does actor Liam Neeson have any new movies coming out? I think that he's very good. - P.B.

A. Several, in fact. He co-stars with Pierce Brosnan in the coming western Seraphim Falls; is set to star as Abraham Lincoln in Lincoln, director Steven Spielberg's planned biographical film about the former president; and provides a voice for the coming film The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. He is set to start filming the drama Taken in Paris next month.

Q. I read somewhere that musician Dave Matthews is going to join a TV series. Is that true? I didn't know he could act. - K.M.

A. You'll be able to judge whether he can or not in March. He's set to play a musician suffering from a neurological disorder in an episode of House. But the appearance is a one-off; he's not joining the cast.

Q. I just saw a Nasonex commercial, and the voice doing the announcing sounded so familiar. Who is it?

A.

The usual reasons. The series started strong when it was broadcast after American Idol, but its move
to Thursdays put it up against strong shows on other networks, and it began to lose audience share.
Critics also thought that the quality dropped after the first season, and it became less of a "must see"
show.
Ultimately, with little left to cover creatively and the ratings dropping, there was nowhere to go but off
the air, which it will do next month.
