The troubled teen was spotted out of rehab once again yesterday, but she wasn't out for a quick stroll. Lohan was spotted exclusively by TMZ spies entering one of L.A.'s celebrity hang-out spots, and it was obvious the actress wasn't putting in her best efforts to stay incognito. TMZ dishes:' Lohan, who seems to be more addicted to attention than anything else, took a break from treatment (again) and enjoyed a quiet lunch on a street crawling with paparazzi. The star plays a stripper suffering from dual personalities after a brutal kidnapping. The star's representative says, "All is good. She will be back at work soon." Production was halted at the beginning of the month, when Lohan was reportedly hospitalized with appendicitis. Doctors demanded she take a break from making the film, where she was required to shoot strenuous pole-dancing scenes.

Samuels, the center's executive director: "We treat the individual's emotional, spiritual and physical ailments." Should Lohan wish to step out, the new facility allows patients to attend professional and social engagements, typically with a "sober companion" – a Wonderland staffer – in tow. So far the kid-glove treatment seems to be agreeing with the actress – which must come as a relief to her family and friends, who had watched with increasing concern as she kicked off the new year by partying hard and fast. The final straw? When Lohan – who in December revealed she had been attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings – hit Hollywood's Les Deux on Jan. 5, less than 24 hours after having her appendix removed. "That's when (those in her inner circle) said, 'We can't make excuses for this,' " says a source. "She was like, 'You're right. So let's do something about that.' " For now Lohan – whose upcoming thriller I Know Who Killed Me is temporarily on hold – is focused solely on taking it easy.
