She's getting the same as everyone else. This isn't the Betty Ford Clinic, it's not a lockdown facility. There is personal time. All these naysayers who keep blogging and speaking out, like the 'Today' show, they don't know what she's going through, they're not there. They shouldn't speak until they've gone through something like that." Sloane also wanted to set the record straight about Lohan's recent hospital visit: "For the record, she did have her appendix taken out." We'd encourage anyone planning on putting forth uniformed opinions about the lack of rigor in Lohan's rehab experience to heed the fiercely protective publicist's exhortation to back off: unless you've submitted yourself to a day of her punishing recovery schedule of "12pm--Wake up; 12:15pm-12:20pm: Make a searching and fearless moral blahblahblah; 12:30pm--3am: Free-form thinking about the negative impact substance abuse has had on your life while running errands, attending social functions, or catching a movie," you're in no position to question the manner in which the actress has proactively decided to tend to her personal health.

Rehab Residents Upset Over Lindsay Lohan's Special Treatment

Lindsay Lohan has upset residents of the Los Angeles rehab facility she checked into earlier this month because they claim she's treating the facility like a hotel. The fellow troubled souls seeking counseling and solace at the Wonderland center are upset with Lohan's trips out of the facility - and the fact she's being allowed to continue working on her new movie while in rehab. The final straw reportedly came yesterday when the Lohan took a break from rehab to have her Mercedes serviced and shop. Sources at Wonderland have aired their grievances to news website TMZ.com, claiming the actress is getting special treatment. They also tell the site Lohan has a masseur, hairstylist and makeup artist, who visit her regularly. But the actress' publicist, Leslie Sloane Zelnick, insists Lohan is taking rehab seriously, and the criticism is unwarranted. She says, "Lindsay is 100 per cent not getting special treatment. She's getting the same as everyone else. This isn't the Betty Ford Clinic, it's not a lockdown facility. There is personal time.

Lindsay Lohan Goes Back To Work

(CBS) It's back to work for Lindsay Lohan. The actress' rep confirmed to The ShowBuzz Friday that she is back on the set of her latest film, "I Know Who Killed Me." Chris Sivertson is directing the thriller, also starring Julia Ormond and Kenya Moore. According to a report from People magazine, Lohan's scenes are scheduled to start filming Friday. The actress entered the posh Wonderland Center in Los Angeles last week. "I have made a proactive decision to take care of my personal health. I appreciate your well wishes and ask that you please respect my privacy at this time," the 20-year-old actress said in a statement at the time. "People were getting a bit antsy about what the status was, so it's pretty thrilling," a source tells People about getting back to work. "As soon as Lindsay was cleared, they started everything back up again." "As far as I know, she'll be back on schedule and working a full day," a source told the magazine. A rep for the movie said 13-14 hours a day is the norm. She will continue her outpatient therapy, Entertainment Tonight reports.

Lindsay Lohan in Rehab With Help From Sister Ali?

It seems the never-ending partying of Lindsay Lohan finally reached its breaking point in the days following the Golden Globe Awards. But she may have a savior in her little sis. Star Magazine is reporting that it was Lindsay’s little sister, Ali, who finally got Lindsay to face her problems and admit herself into rehab at the Wonderland Center tucked in the Laurel Canyon hills.

The weekly entertainment magazine reports that Lindsay broke down and agreed to enter rehab after Ali confronted her about reports of drug and alcohol abuse. *** According to a source cited by the magazine, Lindsay had told Ali in the past that the reports of her hard partying ways were made up by the media. But, after reports emerged that Lindsay was spotted allegedly drinking vodka and reportedly smoking marijuana on January 13th and her behavior at Prince’s Golden Globe after party where reports claim she was found passed out on the floor of a hotel on January 15th, Ali called up Lindsay at her wit’s end and begged her to get help, according to the article in the mag. Lindsay is currently shooting the drama film “I Know Who Killed Me” in LA. Although her party lifestyle has caused several delays in filming, don’t expect rehab to get in the way of the film. According to the Center’s website, ‘Life does not come to a stop when a client comes in for treatment. As a result, Wonderland clients who are working of films are allowed to go to the set every day and continue working, in the company of a “sober companion."

After a week in rehab, Lindsay Lohan is back filming her current movie, 'I Know Who Killed Me.' The 20-year-old actress/singer checked herself into the Wonderland Center in Los Angeles last week. Her doctor gave her the okay to resume shooting on the thriller, in which she plays a stripper suffering from dual personalities after a brutal kidnapping. Lohan will still receive treatment at night while she films the movie during the day.
