Angelina Jolie opened up about her relationship with Brad Pitt more than ever in recent magazine interviews. The sultry actress described what certainly sounds like a couple falling in love on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith while Brad was still married to Jennifer Aniston. Those words, along with lots of other comments about her baby Shiloh and her criticism of Madonna has lead to a bit of a Jolie backlash in the entertainment media, but would they lead Jennifer Aniston to a doctor?

That's the hint from one story this week. The former 'Friends' star was snapped by a paparazzi photographer leaving a medical center on January 20 according to Us Weekly. The magazine will report in this week's issue that she was at the center for surgery. Us Weekly reports: In the early morning hours of January 20, one day after taping a guest spot on pal Courteney Cox's new series Dirt, Aniston's driver dropped her off at Kanodia’s office in Beverly Hills. The actress emerged four hours later, but instead of her usual golden glow, she sported fresh black-andblue bruises along her right eyebrow and across the tip of her nose and upper lip. *** Cue the rep™: Aniston’s rep confirms the operation. “Jennifer had a procedure done to correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly done over 12 years ago,” he tells Us Weekly. Like a flashback to the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards when Britney Spears and Madonna share that ‘publicity’ kiss, so shall best friends Aniston and Cox on the finale.

'Dirt' producer Matthew Carnahan confirmed: "Jennifer Aniston will play a lesbian in her guest appearance in the season finale of 'Dirt' and will share a kiss with Courteney Cox. The episode will air on March 27." The day after filming the episode last week Jennifer went under the knife to have a nose job. She checked into the offices of plastic surgeon Raj Kanodia for an outpatient cosmetic procedure on her nose. A representative for the actress said: "She had surgery on January 20 to correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly done more than 12 years ago."

Jennifer Aniston's publicist has slammed new reports his client has had plastic surgery on her nose, after the actress was spotted leaving the offices of a top cosmetic clinic. Stephen Huvane tells WENN that various publications, which are set to run with speculation the star has had a new nose-job, are spouting "nonsense." The Hollywood publicist insists writers are making too much of Aniston's visit to the Beverly Hills office of plastic surgeon Dr Raj Kanodia on Saturday. Life & Style reports in its upcoming issue that Aniston spent over four hours at the surgery, and covered her nose with her hands when she realized photographers were snapping her when she came out. A source tells the magazine, "I was told she had a full rhinoplasty." But an angry Huvane says, "For the most part, this story is complete rubbish. Jennifer did have a septum corrected that was incorrectly done over 12 years ago. The rest is just nonsense that tabloids like to create."
