The magazine reports that a day after taping the Dirt episode last week, the actress was checked into the offices of plastic surgeon Raj Kanodia for a little outpatient nose job. A rep from the actress tells the magazine that the surgery was just to correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly fixed over a decade ago. Stephen Huvane, a publicist for Aniston, told WENN that publications trying to spin the corrective surgery as a nose job are spouting "nonsense."
