"The split with Justin is totally amicable so there's no rush," a source told The Sun. "But they don't want to be living in the same house any more. While Cameron looks for her own place, she wants to go home. "Her parents also live near Los Angeles, in Long Beach. That's where she is going to move her stuff while she figures out what to do next." Justin and Cameron who became an item in 2003 announced their break-up after a storm of reports claiming they spent holidays apart, which they did. In the next days following the holidays, they released a joint-statement to confirm the rumors and decided to stay friends. "It has always been our preference not to comment on the status of our relationship, but, out of respect for the time we've spent together, we feel compelled to do so now, in light of recent speculation and the number of inaccurate stories that are being reported by the media," the statement said. The star of Charlie's Angels and The Holiday has been spotted riding the waves on Oahu on Hawaii's
North Shore.
Cameron, who is 34 years old, was said to be devastated by her split from Timberlake, but has appeared
happy and relaxed whenever she has made a public appearance.
The actress was seen enjoying herself at the Golden Globe awards, and now she is lapping up the sun in
Hawaii.
She was not alone during her trip, with arguably the world's most successful professional surf boarder,
and former boyfriend of Pamela Anderson, Kelly Slater, joining her.
Inevitably, the rumour mill has begun churning, but sources close to both Diaz and Slater say the pair
are just good friends and have been for a very long time.
Oahu is the third largest Hawaiian island and is the most densely populated. People travel from all

The New York Post's Page Six reported that sources watched as Diaz "blew up" at Jessica Biel for what Diaz thought was Biel flirting with her former boyfriend. During their heated conversation, People reports that Justin Timberlake "slammed his fist (down) into a cabinet," but as the couple emerged from their conversation, Diaz re-appeared at the party looking composed.
