Eva Mendes Needs Help To Stop Biting Nails

Actress Eva Mendes has a nail biting problem. The 32-year old Latin hottie would love to grow her nails
but cannot resist the urge to bite them instead. Mendes said in an interview recently that she is turning to
hypnotherapy to help her conquer the habit once and for all.
Mendes has appeared in a number of hit movies including Hitch, Training Day, and 2 Fast 2 Furious.
Her next starring role will be next to Nicholas Cage in the much anticipated movie, Ghost Rider to be in
cinemas this year.

Eva Mendes has revealed she’s resolved to giving up biting her fingernails for 2007 but doesn’t have
much faith in her ability stop nibbling.
She said recently: “For the 10th year in a row I will make a resolution to not bite my nails. And for the
10th year in a row I’m sure I will break that by 5 January.”
“I think that’s the longest I went without biting my nails. I’m meeting with a hypnotherapist in an effort
to stop.”
“I’m really happy about this because that’s one of my things that I do that I no longer want to do.”

Eva Mendes' New Year resolution is to stop biting her nails!

Washington, Dec 31 (ANI): Sexy Latina Eva Mendes may have a lot of resolutions to make this New
Year, but the one that tops her list, is to stop biting her nails.
The 'Hitch' star revealed that this resolution was not a new one, and that she had been making the same
for the past ten years.
However, the longest she had been able to stay without chewing her nails, was five days.
"For the 10th year in a row I will make a resolution to not bite my nails. And for the 10th year in a row
I'm sure I will break that by 5 January. I think that's the longest I went without biting my nails,"
Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.
And, Mendes is so tired of her habit that she has now taken to seeing a hypnotherapist to try and stop
chewing her nails.
"I'm meeting with a hypnotherapist in an effort to stop. I'm really happy about this because that's one of
my things that I do that I no longer want to do," she revealed. (ANI)
